Started in 1934 as a working farm Breezy Acres history was built with the hard working attitude often known as Maine Grit and has continued to evolve over the last 89 years because of it.

Founders Everett & Margaret Rice added cabins to the property in 1940’s & 1950’s as a source of income, but also out of their love for the abundance the Kennebec River Valley had to offer and the ability to share it with those from away.
